2026 NARCH FINALS PROGRAM INFORMATION & TEAM FEES

Maple Nation Inline is proud to unite the Pure Maple and True North programs under one national development pathway operating through Roller Hockey Canada. Our goal is to provide athletes across Canada with opportunities to compete, develop, and represent Canada at some of the premier roller hockey events in North America.

TEAM FEES & PROGRAM STRUCTURE

2026 NARCH FINALS

Irvine, California | July 2026

Primary Team Registration

$725 CAD

Applicable to all players requiring a complete uniform package.

Fee Includes:

• Tournament entry fee
• Hockey insurance coverage
• Official Maple Nation Inline uniform package
• Team administration and event coordination
• Coaching and bench staff support
• Team clothing package
• Event logistics and roster management

If a player only requires a replacement jersey or pair of pants, these items will be processed separately as individual orders.

Second Team / Multi-Team Participation

$425 CAD

We are pleased to offer qualified players the opportunity to participate on a second roster within another age division.

This option allows athletes to maximize their tournament experience while continuing their development within the Maple Nation Inline pathway.

Please note:

• Scheduling conflicts between teams may occur.
• Game times cannot be guaranteed to avoid overlap.
• No additional uniform package is included.
• The fee assists with tournament registration, insurance, roster administration, and event operations.
• All fees are non-refundable once registration is confirmed.

Players and families should carefully consider the possibility of scheduling conflicts before accepting a second roster position.

TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION

Players and families are responsible for arranging and covering all travel expenses, including:

• Airfare
• Ground transportation
• Meals
• Hotel accommodations

Official team hotel information will be provided once finalized.

While staying at the designated team hotel is not mandatory, it is strongly encouraged as it helps create a better overall experience through:

• Team bonding and chemistry
• Parent and player interaction
• Team meetings and activities
• Improved communication
• A stronger team environment throughout the event

PAYMENT & ROSTER CONFIRMATION

Players must submit payment within 24 hours of receiving confirmation of a roster position.

The full team fee must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the event date.

Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in the roster spot being offered to another player.

Refund Policy

All deposits and registration fees are non-refundable once a roster position has been accepted and confirmed.

PLAYER RESPONSIBILITIES

Flights

Players are responsible for booking their own airfare.

Travel dates may include:

• Arrival one day prior to competition
• Team-building activities
• Tournament meetings
• Departure following the conclusion of competition

Please note that different divisions may have different tournament schedules.

Transportation

Players and families are responsible for arranging their own local transportation while attending the event.

Maple Nation Inline combines the traditions and success of both Pure Maple and True North into a unified national program operating under Roller Hockey Canada.

Our mission is to:

• Develop athletes both on and off the rink
• Create meaningful competitive opportunities
• Promote sportsmanship and teamwork
• Provide access to elite-level tournament experiences
• Build a strong national roller hockey community

RECENT PROGRAM SUCCESS

At the 2026 NARCH Winternationals, Maple Nation Inline athletes competed under the True North banner with teams in:

• U12
• U14
• U16

The program returned home with two Gold Medals, creating an incredible experience for players, coaches, and families alike.

We are excited to build on that success as we prepare for the 2026 NARCH Finals in July.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• All fees are listed in Canadian dollars.
• Prices include applicable Canadian taxes.
• Registration periods will be announced separately.
• Roster spots are limited and offered based on team requirements and player evaluations.
