Please review the following information carefully when planning your travel to NARCh Winternationals or NARCh Finals.
Proper planning helps ensure a smooth arrival, organized team logistics, and the best possible experience for players and families.
EVENT LOCATION
Irvine & Corona, California
Games, team activities, and event functions may take place in both Irvine and Corona throughout the tournament.
When booking flights and accommodations, please allow sufficient time for travel between airports, hotels, and rink facilities.
FLIGHT INFORMATION
Several Southern California airports provide convenient access to the event.
We encourage families to compare pricing, schedules, baggage fees, and travel times before making final arrangements.

We recommend selecting the airport that provides the best combination of pricing, flight schedule, and overall convenience for your family.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Players and families are responsible for arranging their own transportation throughout the event.
Transportation options may include:

- Shared transportation arrangements with other families
If flying into John Wayne Airport (SNA) and staying at the designated team hotel, complimentary hotel shuttle service may be available. Details will be provided once hotel arrangements are finalized.
Families are encouraged to plan transportation in advance to ensure timely arrival at all games, meetings, and team functions.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Maple Nation Inline will provide official hotel booking information once arrangements have been finalized.
While staying at the designated team hotel is not mandatory, it is strongly encouraged.
One of the greatest benefits of participating in a national program is the opportunity for players and families to spend time together away from the rink. Team hotels play an important role in creating memorable experiences and building lasting friendships.

Whenever possible, we encourage families to stay within the official team hotel block.
TRAVEL PLANNING REMINDERS
Before booking flights, please consider the following:
- Allow sufficient time for airport transfers and ground transportation.
- Review tournament schedules carefully once released.
- Different age divisions may have different start and finish dates.
- Confirm travel plans before purchasing non-refundable tickets whenever possible.
- Contact program staff if you have questions regarding arrival or departure timing.

Many families choose to extend their California trip before or after the tournament.

If you plan to participate in any of these activities, we strongly recommend adding extra travel days before or after the tournament.
Players are expected to attend all scheduled games, team meetings, and team functions during the event. Tournament days should be reserved exclusively for hockey-related activities.
